With the thoughts of delivering quality service to customers, Mr. Madan had come out of Mill More and established “Clarity Enterprises”, and took Mill More as his agency and delivered his first services to them. Thermax took note of his standing in the market, and coupled with his appreciation for their product made Mr. Madan a channel partner for Telangana in the rice boiler division. Over the time Mr. Madan received awards for being a long-standing channel partner.
